All repairs must be authorized by Derek Alexander Head Office before an item is sent to us.
If you are experiencing a problem with your handbag, wallet, travel bag or other Derek Alexander product, please contact our Repair Department first.
Providing information about the product and the issue you are experiencing will help our team determine the appropriate next steps.
Please do not ship your product to Head Office until your repair has been authorized.

Derek Alexander’s nylon bag program has historically been backed by a broad warranty program designed to provide repair or replacement when a bag becomes unserviceable. Please contact our team to confirm current warranty coverage for your particular product before sending it to us.
