I have had this Derek Alexander product for a while now and has been my favourite bag of all time due to it’s shape, supple leather feel and well designated pockets and compartments. Although it carries a lot of my everyday items it does not have a bulky feel. I have it in black and encouraged my mommy-in-law to get it in red and she loves it too. (She knows I’ll be inheriting it ?) Lol!
I was a sad last week as one of the rings broke and was unable to fix it. But a great brand stands by their products and I reached out to Lindsay who handles repairs and in less than a week the part was replaced and received.
I am extremely happy to continue to use my absolute favourite bag again!
