Had high hopes of this bag, as it is well made, sturdy and very functional. However, having owned several of the smaller 20193, I found in this larger format with the additional contents and weight means that the magnetized flap does not stay closed. Most awkward on a longer walking trip. Make it a zippered main pocket instead of magnetized, and this would be a winner.

I love everything about this bag. The main section is big enough to hold my lunch, clutch wallet, glasses, sweater, and a bunch of smaller items I carry with me, the separate zippered sections help keep keys, makeup, pens, and headphones organized, and the outside pockets are big enough to carry my full size water bottle and my compact umbrella.

I was concerned about the other reviewer’s comments about the magnetic clasp popping open but I found a quick and easy solution — when you cinch up the cord to close the bag, tie a quick release knot beside the sliding clip to keep the clip in place and prevent the magnetic clasp from popping open. Then when you pull the end of the cord, the knot releases easily and you can open up the bag. Easy peasy!

I do a lot of walking with this bag and would like to see a couple of discrete design element changes to help me improve personal safety while still remaining fashionable — add loops for attaching small safety lights or reflectors, and incorporate reflective materials, such as in the piping along the edges of the shoulder straps and in the zipper pulls.

Again, I love this bag and would buy again without hesitation. Highly recommended!
