All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Out of Stock Items

Website stock is updated daily for everyone's convenience. If you a select a product that is out of stock, you will be prompted to a page where you can choose to be notified via email when the product again becomes available. Occasionally, however, it may be possible for an item to be removed from our physical stock levels prior to your purchase. Subsequently, if we are not able to fulfill your order for this reason, you will be notified via email for any item that is temporarily out of stock or simply cannot be fulfilled. An immediate credit will be issued to your credit card or any other method of payment that you choose.

Shipping Methods

At this time, we only accept orders and ship within Canada.

All orders will be shipped, free of charge, with UPS Ground shipping. If you require your order to be shipped quickly, you can alternatively choose the expedited shipping option (UPS Express Saver) during the checkout process. While standard shipping is free, the expedited option will cost $10.00 extra to fulfill.

Please note that in certain remote locations of the country, shipping charges may apply; but we will contact you before any action is taken.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

It's important to note that these shipping conditions are for retail customers only. Wholesale customers will be charged a calculated rate once that is determined. This rate will not be charged at checkout.


Return Policy


We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of the shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused or defective merchandise FREE for a prompt refund or exchange. You MUST contact us before returning any items to get everything set up. We will arrange your return shipping at that point.


Unused items must be in the same condition that you received them in and with all hang tags still attached.


You can expect your refund in the same form of payment originally used in your purchase.


Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a credit to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
